Thank you for shopping with CardioCore. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with attention to quality and accuracy.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers within the United States.
If additional shipping destinations become available, they will be displayed during checkout.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Shipping Time: 6–10 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–13 business days
Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after your package has been shipped.
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
5. Free Shipping
We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
If shipping charges apply under special circumstances, they will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
CardioCore is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
7. Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your package or product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the shipping package
- Photos of the damaged product

8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe and tracking information does not provide a clear update, please contact our Customer Support team.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your tracking number
We'll work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
If necessary, we'll arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund.
